Neptune Plumbing Service Technician

We are looking for a self-starter experienced Service Technician to deliver
the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service
success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention
and increases profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and plumbing tasks
- Diagnose errors or problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with the team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Provide sewer and drain cleaning
- Operate and complete sewer camera work
- Be a part of an “on call” rotation (nights and weekends)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in all phases of plumbing
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- Must know local plumbing codes
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
- Be a problem solver independently and as a team player
