Neptune Plumbing & Heating Receives 2016 Best of Cleveland Award
Cleveland Award Program Honors the Achievement
CLEVELAND December 20, 2016 — Neptune Plumbing & Heating has been selected for the 2016 Best of Cleveland Award in the Plumbers category by the Cleveland Award Program.
Each year, the Cleveland Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Cleveland area a great place to live, work and play.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2016 Cleveland Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the Cleveland Award Program and data provided by third parties.

Neptune Plumbing recently underwent a three-month-long, 4,000 sq.ft. expansion and renovation project to accommodate the continued growth of our service division, 1-800-PLUMBING. Utilizing an adjacent warehouse, the new 1-800-PLUMBING facility remains connected to our existing Neptune Plumbing location, but with an office and warehouse facility solely dedicated to service. While they are similar in some aspects, new construction plumbing and the service of previously-installed plumbing systems have more differences than they do similarities. This separate space will provide for a more efficient operation on both sides of our company.
In addition to expanding our facilities, we’ve also upgraded our technology. Two newly-installed flat screen monitors now provide us with live job status and geographical van positioning for each of our plumbing technicians. Service Supervisors then utilize this data to coordinate with client needs and dispatch technicians accordingly.
This real-time technology joins a larger line of tools we’ve recently implemented to enhance our services, like the ability to upload videos taken with our sewer cameras to a secure online portal for customer review. Customers can then use these images to understand their unique set of issues and make informed decisions. Yet another technology that is quickly gaining popularity in the industry and with our clients.
Now that construction is complete, 1-800-PLUMBING is fully operational and ready to handle larger and more complex jobs with ease. If you have questions about a plumbing project on your to-do list, or want to learn more about our service capabilities, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-PLUMBING (1-800-758-6246) or visit our service page for more information. And, of course, stay tuned to our blog for the latest in what’s happening here at Neptune Plumbing and 1-800-PLUMBING as well as industry news.
Sustainable Improvements details the best practiced guidelines aimed at homeowners, builders and designers who seek to incorporate energy-efficient building methods into a new or existing structure. Whether it is residential or commercial, existing homes or new builds, fixtures or appliances, they can help to ensure appropriate measures are taken for obtaining the tax credits and rebates needed to make a property “greener” and more sustainable. Sustainable Improvements supports energy efficiency as a cost-effective energy resource under existing market conditions and advocates energy-efficient policies that minimize costs to society and individual consumers. These procedures will also lessen greenhouse gas emissions and their impact on the global climate. Sustainable Improvements offers eco-friendly alternatives in a vast selection of areas including roofing, high-efficiency toilets, insulation, HVAC, water heaters and windows.
In addition to federal tax incentives, some consumers will also be eligible for utility or state rebates, as well as state tax incentives for energy-efficient homes. The rebate program will help offset the cost premium that is often associated with building an energy efficient home or remodeling an existing home, including the purchase of appliances and fixtures.
“We are extremely excited by our new partnership with Sustainable Improvements,” said Vice President of Construction Mark Novak. “This alliance will provide our customers the opportunity to not only to do something positive for the environment, but to also save money in the process.”
